We work with startups and scaling businesses alike. What matters isn't size — it's seriousness. The brands we do our best work with are purpose-led, values-driven, and genuinely ready to invest in brand.
We don't work with: purely B2B companies, fast fashion, oil and gas, online gambling, political organisations, or any brand engaged in greenwashing. Our two core services eligible for commission:
You make the introduction. We handle the rest. Once the project closes, you get paid — and the more you refer, the more you earn.
Fast Start bonus: If your first referral closes within 90 days of registration, you'll earn 10% instead of 5%. One-time, first project only — a reward for hitting the ground running.
Brand Strategy Workshop — from $ 6,500
Branding Package with Shopify or packaging design — from $ 35,000
Commissions are paid within 30 days of the client's final payment. Tiers are recalculated annually on a rolling 12-month basis. Referred clients are subject to Ainoa's approval — we reserve the right to decline projects that aren't a fit.

How the programme works:
Referrals are our focus. To protect both of us, you need to be a registered, approved partner before making any introduction. Referrals submitted after a client has already engaged with us cannot be honoured — this keeps the programme fair and auditable for everyone.
Joining is straightforward:
1. Apply via the form below or drop us a note at partners@ainoa.agency with a brief intro — who you are, who you work with, and why you think there's a fit.
2. We review your application within 3 working days
3. If approved, you receive a unique partner ID and can begin making introductions
4. Log each introduction by emailing partners@ainoa.agency before the client signs a contract with us. The timestamp is your record.
